Ice cream scoop
We get our ice cream from Gruners, a regional manufacturer, which completely avoids the addition of emulsifiers, colorants, vegetable fat as a substitute for milk, preservatives and flavor enhancers. The milk ice cream has an average fat content of 6% milk fat (butter). Fruit ice cream is largely lactose-free and contains 25-50% fresh fruit. No sugar substitutes are used, only pure sand sugar or fructose.
