Arrival

Your room will be at your disposal from 15:00.

Arrival at night time? No problem, a phone call is enough. We will arrange the handover of the keys and will be happy to keep a cold plate or sandwiches ready for you.

Baby cots

We are happy to provide you with a baby travel cot complete with bedding for €5.00 per night, subject to availability.

Battery chargers

Depending on availability, you can borrow various chargers for your mobile phone etc. from the reception desk.

Bedding

Washable encasings protect our mattresses from soiling. If you would like additional blankets or pillows, we will be happy to bring them to your room. We also have a limited number of neck support pillows available for you.

Our rooms are equipped with synthetic pillows and blankets throughout.

Of course, we change the bed linen after each departure. For longer stays, the beds are changed in between, if desired, even daily. Please think of the environment. By the way, we do the washing ourselves and hang the bed linen out to dry in the fresh air in an environmentally friendly way.

Bicycles

We have a spacious and lockable barn to store your bicycles. This service is free of charge.

Breakfast

Our breakfast is personalized, varied and rich. You are welcome to prepare a small package for the day by appointment. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30 on weekdays and from 8:00 to 10:00 on weekends. We are happy to accommodate special dietary requirements if you let us know in advance.

If you ever need to leave the house before breakfast hours, we will pack you a lunch to-go.

Guests for breakfast? No problem, we will take care of it. An additional place setting will be charged with 24,00 €.

Filling thermos flasks with coffee or tea we charge 1,00 € per half liter.

Cabs

We are happy to call a cab for you, just let us know.

Conferences

Our versatile premises are well suited for meetings and conferences. The windows in the hall have blackout blinds. We have beamer and screen, other technology must be brought.

Copy-/ Scan service

We have a copier and scanner in house and can handle documents up to A4 size. Prices: Copy bw 0,20 €, color 0,40 €; Scan with sending as e-mail 0,20 € per page. Contents are treated according to DSGVO and are not stored. Please register at the reception desk.

Credit cards

We accept Visa-Card, Master-Card and American Express.

Departure

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Dogs

Well-behaved and house-trained dogs are welcome at our guesthouse for a fee of 8,50 € per day. We ask not to let them on the furniture and to be considerate of other guests by keeping your four-legged friend on a leash in the pension and throughout the property. Animals are also allowed in the restaurant after consultation with the service staff present. Please also use the nearby forest. Thank you!

Lusatia offers a wide variety of possibilities for excursions and sporting activities. At the reception you will receive extensive brochures, also we are personally available to help with planning or with many excursion tips.

Garage

According to availability we rent a separate lockable garage for your car or motorcycle (10,00 € per day).

Guest book

We are very happy if you leave a positive entry on the booking platform you used or on our Facebook or Google Maps page. If we have ever failed to meet your expectations, please contact us personally or by e-mail. We will try our best to eliminate any inconvenience.

Hygiene products

Disposable razors and toothbrushes are available on request at a price of € 1.50 each.

Internet

The entire house and parts of the outdoor area are equipped with wifi, which can be used free of charge. The access codes are available at the reception.

Ironing service

Please contact the reception to borrow an iron and ironing board.

We will do the ironing for you for a fee based on the amount of work involved. Please let us know in advance.

Laundry service

Please put your laundry in the provided laundry basket, it will be picked up from your room.

The price is 12,00 € per basket.

Lost and found

If you are missing or have found something, please contact the reception.

Luggage service

If you wish, we will be happy to assist you and carry your luggage to your room.

If you are planning an early arrival or late departure but cannot yet move into your room or have already left it, we will be happy to store your luggage in a safe place for you.

Daily newspapers and magazines are available in the restaurant.

Parking

There is plenty of free parking for cars and buses on the opposite side of the road. Use is at your own risk, no liability can be accepted for damage. Parking in the courtyard is only allowed for short periods for loading and unloading.

Payment

Please settle your restaurant bill daily and the accommodation bill upon departure. In addition to the Girocard, we also accept various credit cards. Of course, you can also simply pay in cash.

If you have a Declaration of Coverage, we will be happy to send you an invoice for bank transfer.

Radio is received through the TV. The remote control has a button that switches from TV to radio and vice versa.

Recreational activities in the house

In the hallway leading to the guest rooms in the main building, we keep a small selection of board games and books for you in a chest of drawers. The books can be exchanged.

We have a bowling billiards and an electric dart board in the house. Please get in touch if you would like to use any of them.

Restaurant

Open daily from 3:00 p.m., Sunday from 2:00 p.m., Wednesday day off; outside these times by arrangement.

Restaurant bill

We ask that you pay your restaurant bill daily.

Room cleaning

Rooms are cleaned daily between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm. If you wish to remain undisturbed, please leave a note on the door.

Room key

Please return your room key to the reception upon your departure. You like our individual key rings? They were specially handmade by blacksmith Merkel from Friedrichshain and can be purchased at the reception (prices: € 10.00 or € 14.00).

In case of loss of the room key, we will have to charge you € 100.00. In case of doubt, it is advisable to leave the key at the reception. Please note the opening hours of our restaurant.

Safe

We have a safe in the house. Please contact us.

Satisfaction

Please let us know what you especially liked. Of course, we're also very interested in what you didn't like so much. Please use our questionnaire or the rating options on Facebook or Google Maps. We are open to your honest and constructive criticism and hope it will help us improve.

Sewing kit

Button off? Seam unraveled? Contact the reception, we will gladly lend you sewing kit.

Shoe cleaning

In the hallway to the pension rooms in the main house is a shoe shine machine. We are also happy to provide you with shoe shine utensils.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all our pension rooms. Ashtrays are available on the arcades, where you can stay at any time and are protected from rain or beating sun. If you still smoke in the room, we will charge you a lump sum of 50,00 € for the final cleaning of the room.

Socket adapter

At the reception you can borrow a socket adapter for international plugs.

Special occasions

The inn "Zum Hammer" is ideal for family and corporate events of all kinds.

In addition to various guest rooms and an inviting beer garden, we also offer a large hall for meetings and celebrations.

All rooms are equipped with landline telephones. Here is a small guide:

Mute the call and bring it back: Pressing the R key
Reception: 55; the rooms can be reached by dialing the respective room number
Call to the public network: dial a "0" before the full phone number
Calls are free of charge.
No call possible? Please ask at the reception if the connection has been activated. The 55 should still work.
International calls are not possible.

Towels

Please contact reception if you need additional towels. Towels left on the floor will be replaced.

For the sake of the environment, we do not use fabric softeners and dry our towels in the open air. This makes them a little harder, but good for our conscience and your skin's circulation ;)

TV

All operations can be done with the remote control. A channel list is included in the guest folder.

Umbrella

We are happy to lend you an umbrella, please ask at reception.
